It's 2am Thursday morning. We learned today that we need to be at Oasis of Hope by 9am tomorrow or we can't go until Monday. So we are in a hotel just one exit from Mexico. We got here about 1/2 an hour ago.
Thankfully, Valerie is sleeping.
We will get up in the morning - get across the border - and get to the Oasis. I have to believe there is hope there.
And knowing there are so many people around the US planning and working to make this happen is so comforting and strengthening.
We will have wi-fi at the hospital and a direct US phone number in the room (I don't know how/ that's just what it says in the brochure).
