HEADED TO MEXICO

I am furiously packing and making arrangements to leave for Mexico tonight.  We just learned that we have to check in by 9am tomorrow or wait until Monday.  So we will stay tonight in San Diego and then drive in to MX in the morning.

We are nervous, anxious, and hopeful.  We've decided to just max out 2 credit cards and trust that we can take care of that later.  It helps just knowing so many of you are working on ways to pitch in here and there.

Vanessa will stay here while we are gone.  She will be able to manage things in the midst of our extremely hasty departure and generally hold down the fort.  She and our wonderful new neighbor and friend, Maricela have beautiful babies who appear to enjoy being around one another.
